FOOD SAFETY

Maintaining proper food safety standards is our absolute priority. All of our beef must meet a strict standard that is set to guarantee a consistently tender superior product. We begin by inspecting all our beef for high marbling texture, maturity and color and select only premium beef cuts which we then age for a minimum of 30 days with bone in to ensure a more rich, dense and flavorful taste. Plus, our products are handled in our own private facility which is USDA inspected as well as certified using third party audits such as Safe Quality Food (SQF).
