Sous Vide is a cooking process that eliminates the guess work from cooking—delivering you restaurant-quality food without the chef!
The food is prepared with the accompanying ingredients, including marinades and seasonings, then vacuum sealed in airtight pouches. The pouch is then submerged in water and slow-cooked at low temperatures. This is a the most precise way of cooking that delivers consistent results. The food is then flash frozen — you simply follow the heating instructions to enjoy your own restaurant style dishes.
There is no under or over-cooking. We have the cooking process down to a science, ensuring food safety standards are met. Naturally, in many traditional methods, you lose the juiciness of the meat through the cooking process. However, in Sous Vide, the sealed pouch cooks all the juices along with the meat, allowing for some of the most tender and flavorful meats.
