Ingredients

3/8 teaspoon seasoned pepper

4 1/2 tablespoons milk

1 1/2 tablespoons sherry (optional)

4 1/2 skinless boneless chicken breast halves

4 1/2 Swiss cheese slices, halved

4 1/2 ham slices, halved

3 tablespoons margarine

1 1/2 cans condense cream of mushroom soup

Directions:

1. Flatten chicken breasts with wooden mallet.

2. Cover each half breast with a slice of cheese and ham (thinly sliced ham).  Secure with toothpicks.

3. In skillet, brown chicken in hot margarine.

4. Arrange in crockpot.

5. Combine soup and remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.

6. Cover pot and cook on low for 4-5 hours. Serve on watercress if desired.
