Directions:
1. In a saucepan, heat half the oil. Sauté garlic until golden. Add tomatoes, cook 5 minutes. Remove garlic; add salt, pepper, and oregano.
2. In another saucepan, heat remaining oil. Add steaks, cook 5 minutes, turning.
3. Remove steaks, place in other pan with sauce. Cook, covered, 8 minutes.
4. Serve, garnished with parsley.
