Ingredients

Spinach, broccoli Rabe, or Escarole

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves chopped galic

1can chicken broth

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium haet and sweat garlic (careful not to burn the garlic).

2. Add chicken broth, and bring to a simmer. Then add in favorite green. Cook until the vegetable is crisp tender
