Directions:
1. Crush peppercorns, place in bowl with oil, garlic, and salt.
2. Place tuna in bowl, coat with marinade.
3. Reserving marinade, grill tuna 3 to 4 minutes on each side, for rare. To serve, slice tuna steaks, spoon marinade on top, and garnish with parsley.
