Ingredients

8 oz heavy cream

4 oz (1 stick) butter

1 lb tortellini

1/4 lb grated Parmesan cheese, additional for serving


Difficulty: 2 | Serves: 4

Directions:

1. In a heavy saucepan, combine cream and butter. Bring to a boil and reduce, over high heat, 12 to 15 minutes.

2. While sauce reduces, cook tortellini.

3. When tortellini are cooked, drain, place in pan with sauce. Add cheese, cook over low heat 2 to 3 minutes. 4. Serve, adding additional cheese, if desired.
