Ingredients

8 chicken breasts flour

6 oz (1 1/2 sticks) butter

juice of 1/2 lemon

1/2 cup white wine

salt

freshly ground black pepper



Difficulty: 2 | Serves: 4

Directions:

1. Flour chicken breasts, shake of excess flour.

2. In a saucepan, melt half the butter. Sauté chicken until it browns.

3. Remove melted butter; add remaining fresh butter and remaining ingredients. Cook 6 minutes, Serve
