Ingredients

8 chicken breasts
flour
5 eggs, beaten
1/2 lb bread crumbs
1 cup olive oil
salt
freshly ground black pepper
1 lb spinach, cooked


Difficulty: 2 | Serves: 4

Directions:

1. Flour chicken, shake off excess flour. Place in egg, then in bread crumbs.

2. Heat  oil; add chicken, salt and pepper. Cook 15 minutes, turning chicken.

3. Serve with spinach that has been dressed with oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
