Directions:
1 Reconstitute porcini: soak in 1 quart hot water for 6 minutes. Squeeze out excess water.
2. In a saucepan, heat 2 tbsp oil, sauté shallots until golden. Add filet, allow to brown. Add porcini. Add butter and wine a little at a time.
4.Cook until desired doneness, about 4 minutes for medium.
