Ingredients

6 ground beef patties (3 per lb)

1 1/4 ounces eggs (about 6 total), beaten

1/4 cup milk

2 1/4 ounces dry bread crumbs

1 1/2 ounces all-purpose flour

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/16 teaspoon black pepper

3/4 cup Chicken gravy, Canned



Difficulty: 2 | Serves: 6

Directions:

1. Mix eggs and milk. Dip meat in egg mixture. Drain.

2. Combine bread crumbs, flour, and seasonings.

3. Dredge steaks with crumb mixture and place 3x4 onto lightly greased 18x26-inch baking sheets.

4. Brown steaks in 400°F oven for 10-15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 155°F.

VARIAITON:

Chuck Wagon Steak on a Bun.

Serve on steak bun, with lettuce and thick slices of tomato and onion.
