Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 lbs best-quality assorted shellfish, minced

1 lb spaghetti

Chopped parsley, for garnish

Difficulty: 1 | Serves: 6

Directions:

1. Heat oil, sauté garlic, add shellfish. Cook 5 minutes.

2. Cook spaghetti until al dente, drain, top with shellfish, and garnish with parsley.
